Between 1982 and 1995, more than 7,000 people across the Hudson Valley region reported a massive boomerang or V-shaped craft moving silently at low altitude. Pilots, police officers and physicists were among the witnesses. The case was documented by J. Allen Hynek and Phil Imbrogno. Skeptical explanations involving formation-flying ultralight aircraft remain disputed.
